Prices

All prices listed on www.abcdynamical.com include 20% VAT but do not include the delivery cost. The merchant reserves the right to unilaterally change the listed prices, with changes taking effect from the moment of their announcement on the website, but without affecting already placed orders.

Ordering

You can place your order using the online ordering system on the website by accurately filling in all the necessary information. Orders sent by 2:00 PM on a work day are processed on the same work day, while orders sent after 2:00 PM or on non-working days are processed on the next working day.

You can also place an order or make an inquiry by directly contacting us via phone or email.

Orders do not require confirmation by phone. If everything is in order with your order, it will be directly fulfilled within the delivery period. If clarification is needed or there is an issue with fulfilling the order, we will contact you by phone, and if we are unable to reach you, we will send an email.

If, within 5 working days after confirmation of the order, the amount for the same is not received in the specified bank account or in another way, mentioned when completing your request, the order will be considered canceled.

Registration

To be able to place valid purchase orders for the products offered on www.abcdynamical.com, you need to register first.

During registration, you need to enter the address to be used for delivery, your name and surname, email, and contact phone number. After successful registration, for each individual order, you have the opportunity to correct your contact phone number and delivery address. By checking the box "I agree to the Terms and Conditions," the customer makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, declaring that they are familiar with and accept the present "Terms and Conditions."

Data Privacy

The personal data received by www.abcdynamical.com during registration will be used solely for servicing users - accepting and fulfilling orders, providing information in the form of newsletters, and contacting users in case of problems related to the order. "ABC Dynamical Ltd." guarantees that the data will not be provided in any form to third parties or used for purposes other than those described above. Users subscribed to our newsletter can unsubscribe at any time.

A user's account can be deleted from the www.abcdynamical.com database, along with the associated data, at any time upon the user's request.

DELIVERY

Delivery to the territory of Bulgaria usually takes place within 2-5 working days. 

The transport price is calculated according to the tariff plan of the courier company. Our partner is the courier company Speedy.

The delivery is made to your address, by personal reception or, if desired, to the office of the courier company. Costs are automatically charged at checkout and depend on order weight and preferred shipping method.

Please note that when requesting delivery to a personal address, the courier delivers floor to door for shipments up to 20 kg. In all other cases, delivery is made to the entrance of the address (building, complex, etc.).

PROBLEMS WITH ORDER FULFILLMENT

The fulfilment of your order may be hindered due to one of the following reasons:

1. One or all of the ordered products are out of stock; in this case, we will contact you as soon as possible.
2. The user has provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
3. Lack of contact phone number for the user.

In case of delivery problems due to our fault, all additional expenses are covered by us. In all other cases, subsequent resending of the shipment will be at your expense.

Attention! 

The quantities of products are often updated, but if you wish, you can inquire with us to clarify amounts and volumes. 

We apologize to our customers if the order is delayed for some time, depending on several factors such as previous orders being made and fulfilled before yours, a request for some items that are delayed due to reasons beyond our control. Additionally, we consider holidays and weekends when no shipments are made. Sometimes, if your location is not serviced daily by couriers like major cities, it may be necessary to wait for the service schedule of your area.
